How can I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You can pay using Stripe for secure fiat payments or crypto through DePay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel your order, unless you are able to contact us within 1-4 hours of making your purchase. Orders are processed based on customer demand, which can vary dependent on time of year / season.
Once order fulfillment begins, we are no longer able to make changes or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible about any changes, so that we may do our best to catch it in time.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Can I exchange an item?
As our products are made to order by Printful, we do not carry stock, making exchanges difficult. It is easier to process a return/refund, and once complete, you can place a new order.

How do I care for my clothing?
Some care instructions can be found on the product page, although they are mostly provided with the garment / on the garment label. Follow these instructions to ensure longevity.

No, however we do offer coupon codes that can be redeemed online.

To use a promo code or coupon code, enter it in the designated field while you’re in your cart or at checkout, then click ‘Apply.’ You should see the price adjustment immediately. If the adjustment doesn’t appear in the “pop-up cart,” it will be visible when you proceed to the cart page or checkout page.
